Privacy policy
Your privacy is critically important to us. At Demografy Inc. ("we", "us", "our", "David One"), we have a few fundamental principles:
We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. For example we need your email address to sign up and authenticate you.
We don’t require you to provide PII (personal identifiable information) of yours. This will be forever true for existing Services and features. Exceptions may include only future optional Services and features that may require more information to provide more value.
We don’t share or resell your data and conversations with third-party services or partners. The data exist only in your account to provide your AI companion with more context and memory so you can get the best possible quality of Services.
We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
Below is our privacy policy, which incorporates these goals. If you have questions about deleting or correcting your personal data please contact us.
1. Website Visitors
Like most website operators, David One collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, the date and time of each visitor request, etc. David One’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how David One’s visitors use its website and to improve Services. From time to time, David One may release or share non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website. Aggregated data doesn’t contain any reference to particular user (though such user can’t be personally identified anyway). David One also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. David One only discloses IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below.
2. Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

Those who engage in transactions with David One – by purchasing paid Services, for example – may be asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, David One collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with David One. David One does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities and using Services that requires PII.
3. Conversations with AI companion
We don’t require and don't encourage you to share personally identifiable information in conversations with AI companion or via UI (user interface). You share any sensitive or personal information in conversation with AI companion or via UI (user interface) at your own risk and discretion.
